Experienced Painter
Interior and exterior painting on homes, apartments, and commercial properties.
- 2+ years of professional painting experience
- Clean cut-in and rolling, brush and roller
- Spraying experience (airless) a plus
- Surface prep: patching, caulking, sanding, masking
Painter Helper / Apprentice
No experience? We'll train you. A good fit if you're dependable and want to learn a trade.
- Prep work, masking, and protecting floors and furniture
- Moving ladders, materials, and drop cloths
- Daily site cleanup
- Learn painting from our crew leads
Crew Lead
Run a small crew on site and keep the job on schedule and up to standard.
- 4+ years of painting experience
- Experience leading or training a crew
- Comfortable talking with customers and property managers
- Reads scopes and keeps daily progress on track
Superintendent
Oversee multiple job sites and crews from start to finish, keeping work on schedule, on budget, and up to our standards.
- 5+ years in painting or construction, including supervising crews
- Schedules crews and materials across several projects
- Runs quality checks, punch lists, and final walkthroughs
- Communicates with property managers, GCs, and homeowners
- Enforces site safety; OSHA 30 a plus
What we look for
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Able to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet all day
- Shows up on time and communicates
- Your own basic hand tools (5-in-1, brushes, caulk gun) for painter roles
